    • RCY Youth Project - A Partnership between River Youth & XLP Education & Arts Youth Outreach
    • RC Youth - River Church Youth Team mid-week gatherings

    • Just Homes - Licensed accommodation as supported living & training
    • Other Church Groups - Space for multi-national groups to meet regularly

  3. The Chapel (Grade II Listed)

    • River Church - A National/International Charity providing volunteers & community outreach projects to people in debt, homelessness and the elderly
    • Iglesia de Christiana - Spanish-speaking Church, supporting and caring for people from Latin nations. They are a Latin/South American church and it is their base
    • Conferences - Church, Youth and Community Conferences and special events, including school visits

  4. Vincent Street – Main Centre

    • Licensed Flat - 2 bed flat to support needy families
    • Licensed HMO - Volunteers and others in need
    • Offices for RCC/RC - Administration & meeting rooms for Staff Team
    • Support for homeless people, debt advice and help, Foodbank, and general support/advice for people
    • Care in MindCharity Bike Club for Mental Health Support
    • Office for AlongsideYou Charity - Charity supporting the children of families with HIV & Aids
    • General Office for Youth - Projects providing gap year students from XLP to do school clubs,
    • Lessons and showcase arts events & mobile Youth Club (Bus) as diversionary projects
    • Office for Iglasia Christiana de Newham - Meeting room and administration office for the Church charity
    • Bin Store & Off Street Parking - Amenities for Charitable work, mini bus & maintenance
    • Wallace Hall Refectory & Kitchen - Catering facilities for all charitable community use and meeting space

    • Abrahams Care Kids Clubs - After School & Holiday Club Facility for 5-11 Year olds
    • Destiny Life CM - Office and Meeting space for Kenyan Church group
    • Care in Mind - Cycling project supporting mental health – 18+ multi-cultural group
    • Youth Sports Clubs - Several Youth & Adult Groups using the Gym

    • Ofsted Registered Childcare Facility - Private Childcare provision for 0-4 Year olds
    • Childcare Training - CACHE registered training facility for level 2 & 3 in childcare
    • Work Experience Placements - Providing Childcare Mentoring
    • Parent & Toddlers - Respite for local parent’s young children
